Reservation and Confirmation
A quote request is not a confirmed reservation. Your rental is confirmed only after our team contacts you and you receive confirmation of date, items, delivery window, and price.
Payment
Payment is due on delivery, unless we agree otherwise in writing. We accept cash, Zelle, Venmo, all major credit cards, and approved business checks.
Deposits are not required for most rentals. A deposit is required to reserve the mechanical bull.
Cancellation
- Cancel at least 36 hours before your scheduled delivery time at no charge.
- Weather related cancellations are honored at no charge up to 2 hours before delivery.
- Cancellations inside those windows may be subject to a cancellation charge.
Weather and Wind Safety
We or you may need to deflate or cancel a rental because of rain or high wind. If unsafe weather arrives during your rental, you must stop use of the equipment immediately until conditions are safe.
Setup Requirements and Right to Refuse
The setup area must have enough space and be clear of hazards. We may refuse or adjust a setup that is unsafe, including locations too close to trees, on slopes, near power lines, or without sufficient space.
Power
A standard outlet must be within 50 ft of the setup area. One 50 ft extension cord is included. We recommend a 20 amp circuit. When power is not available or not sufficient, a generator can be added for $78 per day, or $75 if paid in cash.
Renter Responsibilities
You agree to provide continuous adult supervision of the rented equipment and to follow the safety rules posted at setup, including:
- Group users by similar age and size.
- No shoes, sharp objects, food, drinks, candy, silly string, or pets inside inflatables.
- Keep the unit plugged in; do not move or unplug it during use.
Park Permits and Rules
Obtaining any required park or venue permit, and following that location's rules, is the renter's responsibility.
Damage, Loss and Cleaning Fees
You are responsible for damage or loss of rented equipment beyond normal wear and tear. Returns that need extra cleaning (mud, food, drink spills, silly string, gum, pet waste) may incur a cleaning fee of $65 to $200 depending on severity.
Delivery Fees
Where applicable, delivery fees range from $45 to $150 depending on your location and are disclosed before booking.
Pickup Changes
Request a pickup time change at least 1 hour ahead when possible. Next-day pickup is available for an additional fee.
Mechanical Bull Rider Rules
Only one rider at a time. Teens and adults may ride. Younger kids may ride with parent approval and supervision. A 3 hour minimum rental applies.
Assumption of Risk
Use of inflatables and mechanical amusement equipment involves inherent risks of injury. By using the equipment, participants (and their parents or guardians for minors) accept these risks.
Liability and Indemnity
To the extent permitted by California law, you agree to indemnify and hold Brian's San Diego Jumpers harmless from claims arising from your use of the equipment. Nothing here releases us from liability for our gross negligence or willful misconduct, and nothing here waives protections under California Civil Code Section 1668.
Insurance
We carry general liability insurance and can provide a certificate of insurance on request, including for park or venue permits.
Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, and government orders.
Governing Law
These Rental Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, and any dispute will be resolved in San Diego County, California.
