When you request a quote or contact us, we collect the information you provide:
- Name, phone number, and (optional) email address
- Event date, time windows, and event ZIP code
- Event type, location type, and items you're interested in
- Any notes you send us about your setup or questions
We also collect standard technical information from your browser (device type, pages viewed) to help us improve the site.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information only to prepare and deliver your quote, coordinate your rental, and follow up about your event. We do not sell your information or share it with third parties for their marketing.
Text Messages
By submitting the quote form or texting us, you agree to receive text messages from us about your rental (confirmations, delivery windows, follow-up). Standard message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out.
Payment Information
Payment is collected at delivery, not at quote time. Card payments are processed through our payment provider — we do not store full card numbers on this site.
Cookies & Analytics
We use standard analytics to understand how visitors browse the site (pages viewed, device types, general location). We do not run advertising cookies or cross-site tracking.
Data Retention
We keep quote requests and rental records as long as needed to service your event and for reasonable business, accounting, and tax purposes.

Children
