Setup requirements

- Minimum 18′ × 18′ flat area
- Minimum 4-foot gate/entrance width
- No stairs or steep access
- Two separate 120V / 20-amp outlets (or generator)
Hours of operation
Standard rental hours are 8:00 AM – 9:00 PM. The promotional rate applies to any 3-hour booking within that window.
After-hours events (outside 8am–9pm) may include a $100 after-hours fee.
Safety & liability
- Soft inflatable safety landing system on every setup.
- Trained operator on the controls at all times.
- "Ride-At-Your-Own-Risk" notice posted at the attraction.
- Liability waivers recommended for schools, churches, businesses, and private hosts — we provide templates.

Deposit to reserve
A deposit reserves your date. Pay by Credit Card, Zelle, or Venmo.

Full refund of your deposit — takes 2–5 business days to process.
Inside 14 days
Deposit is forfeited. Rescheduling may be possible — ask us.
Weather cancellation
Rain or high wind? Full refund regardless of notice — safety first.
Location
Private property and approved venues only. Not currently available for city/county park bookings.
