Our crew arrives, delivers, and sets everything up. Payment is due upon delivery. We handle takedown too.
Good to know before delivery day
A few real policies from our ordering info — so there are no surprises when we roll up.
Setup area
Must be level and clear of rocks, sticks, and debris. Walkway to the setup area must also be clear.
Power
Electrical supply must be within 50 ft, or add a generator rental — $78/day ($75 cash or Zelle).
Delivery fees
Delivery ranges $45–$150 depending on distance from our warehouse.
Inside the inflatable
No food, drinks, or candy inside. Excessively dirty units may carry a $65–$200 cleaning fee.
Cancellations
36+ hours' notice avoids a charge. Weather cancellations are honored up to 2 hours before delivery.
Clean & sanitized
Every unit is cleaned, sanitized, and inspected before it heads to your event.
Renting at a park? You'll need a permit.
